Privacy
Learn with Kirsten is a one-person business, and this page says plainly what happens to your information when you use the site. It is short because there is not much to it: enough to teach you, take payment and send you the lesson — and nothing sold on to anyone.

What is collected
Your account. Your name, email address and — unless you sign in with Google — a password, which is stored hashed and cannot be read back by anyone, including Kirsten.
Your lessons. The lessons you book, when they are, and your credit balance and its history.
Your payments. Card details are never seen by this site. Payment is handled by Paystack; what is stored here is a customer reference, which plan you are on and when the next charge is due.
Messages. If you use the contact form, what you write is emailed to Kirsten so she can reply.
Why it is held
To give you an account, to book and run your lessons, to take payment and issue credits, and to answer you when you get in touch. That is the whole of it.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run the site, and only the part each one needs:
- Paystack — payments and subscriptions.
- Cal.com — booking and calendar invitations.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with a Google account.
- The email provider — to deliver account, booking and reminder emails.
Your information is never sold, and it is never passed to anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
A cookie keeps you signed in. Beyond that the site may load Google Analytics, and Meta and TikTok advertising tags, to measure which pages bring people here. Those tags are not loaded until you interact with the page, and blocking them in your browser does not stop the site working.
Email you can stop
After you sign up you may get a short series of welcome emails. Every one of them carries an unsubscribe link, and one click ends them for good. Emails about a lesson you have booked or a payment you have made are not marketing and are not covered by that — they keep coming while your account is open.
How long it is kept
Your account and its lesson history are kept while the account exists. Ask for the account to be deleted and it is removed, apart from what has to be kept as a payment record.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for the account to be deleted. Write to the address below and you will get an answer.
